Despite of the Carnival season, five faithful members of the Alumni Chapter Basel met in a small circle for the monthly Basler Stamm on March 7, 2019. This time, a surprise guest made an appearance!

On 8th March 2019, members of the Alumni Chapter Zoug visited the printing shop Kalt. Before their eyes, the machines printed the posters and flyers for their next excursion on the second ZugerseeBierschiff.ch (a beer ship on the lake of Zoug). All ETH Alumni and Alumnae are sincerely invited to a beer seminar on the lake of Zoug on 13th April.  

The AMIV Alumni’s panel discussion took place on March 21, 2019, in collaboration with the AMIV Alumni, the Process Alumni and AMIV as part of the career events. The discussion was dedicated to the topic of “career entry” and therefore could give the graduating students some kind of support. The manigfold selection of speakers was able to attract about 40 participants, students as well as alumni.

On February 27, 2019, 32 Basel Alumni – including only one of the about 30 female members – met for the 103rd general assembly of the Basel ETH Alumni Chapter. The event was held in the venerable Intarsiensaal of the Löwenzorn, located just above Basel's market square. The assembly commenced with an aperitif, once again sponsored by the Chapter.

Another year passed and from February 15 to 17, 2019, the BSSE ski weekend went into its third round in beautiful Lenzerheide. The group house Raschainas hosted the eager skiers and snowboarders for two nights and two days full of sun, slope exploring and cozy evenings.
