About Marcus
In 1991, Marcus completed his studies in agricultural sciences specialising crop production and protection. He then worked for Agroscope Wädenswil on integrated crop protection in ornamental plants and the cultivation of vegetables. Since 1998, he has been project manager for pest prevention and advice for the city of Zurich. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, countryside walks, playing volleyball and jogging. He spends the rest of his leisure time with his nose in a good book.

About Seline
Seline completed her Masters’ of Science in food science at ETH Zurich in 2015. While studying for her Masters, she worked as a product developer at HUG AG. Following a practical placement working on QA/R&D for a company producing fruit pulp and ice cream in Brazil, she joined the Fine Foods division of Mövenpick Schweiz AG in where she was a project manager in QA/R&D. She is currently a development project manager at HUG AG. Seline likes to spend her free time playing badminton, cooking and in the company of good friends.
