02.10.2023 – Die Mitglieder der ehemaligen Gruppe der Italienischen Studenten in Zürich in den 1960’ Jahren «Corda Fratres» hat sich für einen Tag an der ETH wiedergetroffen. Die ETH Alumnae und Alumni haben das Student Project House besichtigt und einen Rundgang durch den Hönggeberg gemacht, wo sie die vielen Veränderungen in den Jahren bewundern konnten.
Excursion to the Valle di Blenio and Biasca

On September 7, the OG Ticino went on an excursion to the Valle di Blenio and Biasca to discover and learn more about the local cultural heritage.
ASTRA EP28 construction site and Herman Hesse Museum

On 21 June, the OG Ticino organized an event in three parts. First, we visited the A2 highway renovation site between Gentilino and Lamone. Then we visited the Hermann Hesse Museum in Montagnola, where we were able to learn about many aspects of the writer's life on a guided tour. Finally, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Bora da Besa restaurant in Gentilino.
OG Ticino alumni discover the world of Chocolat Stella

On May 24, 2024, we had the opportunity to discover the fine art of chocolate production at Chocolat Stella in Giubiasco under the guidance of manager Alessandra Alberti, a food engineer at ETH. With around 70% of its products exported to over 50 countries worldwide, the company underlines its international importance and its contribution to global chocolate culture.

The Annual General Meeting of the OG Ticino took place on April 20, 2024 at the Hotel Unione in Bellinzona.
Plastic recycling: Visit to the F.lli Puricelli SA separation and recycling plant in Riva San Vitale

On October 13, the OG Ticino visited the company F.lli Puricelli SA in Riva San Vitale, where the first plant for the separation and recycling of plastics in the canton of Ticino was opened in 2021. The modern plant can split up to 9 different plastics and has a capacity of 6,000 tons per year.
