Melanie Binggeli
Co-President
Melanie has completed an apprenticeship in electronics and holds Bachelor’s & Master's degrees in agricultural sciences from ETH. For several years she has worked in the tech industry at National Instruments and in management consultancy at Accenture. She currently manages entrepreneurship projects at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Arts (ZFH). She has been involved in setting up several start-ups, including EggField, who she still advises today. In 2014, she was Vice President of Membership of the ETH Entrepreneur Club. Today, she is leading projects at the ZHAW Center for Entrepreneurship, is a startup advisor and teaches as an external lecturer at ETH.

Marcel Bühler
Co-President
Marcel is a PhD candidate in 3D and computer vision at ETH. He builds and teaches generative models for photorealistic digital humans. Applications include 3D face reconstruction, animation, relighting, and semantic editing.
Marcel fell in love with the Entrepreneur Club (EC) when participating in Incube in 2018. He then served the EC in the event and finance team until 2020. He was the lead organizer for the Startup Speed Dating and the EC Award. He also developed a solution to integrate the Bexio software into EC’s expense management system.

Liliane Krüsi
Vice President
Liliane is currently studying for a Master's degree in Sinology at the University of Zurich. In the ETH Entrepreneur Club, she served as Vice President of Marketing and initiated a podcast series on ETH spin-offs in collaboration with Swisspreneur.

Christos Gountis
Growth
Christos studied Mechanical Engineering for his Bachelor’s degree and Management, Technology and Economics (MTEC) for his Master’s at ETH Zurich. After brief stints in consulting and the startup world, he now works as a Product Manager.
Following his participation in the InCube Challenge in 2018, Christos joined the ETH Entrepreneur Club (EC) as part of the events team, later becoming Executive VP until 2020. During his tenure, he organized FuckUp nights in Zurich and helped the EC expand its mission within the Swiss ecosystem, fostering sustainable growth through key partnerships.

Christoph Wälti
Auditor EC
Christoph holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (Major in Food and Resource Economics) from ETH Zurich and a Certificate in International Business and Finance (Advanced Certificate in Overseas Investing) from NYU, New York. He held several senior CFO/COO roles within Credit Suisse over the last 20+ years in Zurich, New York, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. Christoph is the Auditor of the ETH Entrepreneur Club and engaged over several years as a mentor and consultant with start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Signe Lin Kuei Vehusheia
Events
Signe recently completed her Ph.D. in Micro- and Nanosystems at ETH Zurich, focusing on innovative medical diagnostics and her passion for life sciences and technology. She was the Vice President of Events in 2016/2017 at the ETH Entrepreneur Club. During her time there, Signe organized the first edition InCube Challenge, and later expanded the initiative to MIT in collaboration with the MIT Innovation Initiative while completing her Master's thesis in 2018. She is currently working at Roche Diagnostics as a development engineer. Her drive to bridge scientific research with entrepreneurship continues to shape her professional path, blending innovation with real-world healthcare solutions.

Malik El Bay
EC Projects
Malik studied interdisciplinary natural sciences at ETH Zurich. He was co-founder and CEO of Modum.io, which used blockchain and IoT for the pharmaceutical supply chain and was later successfully sold. He also developed Flatastic, an app with over one million users. Today, he is a partner at Dezentrum and part of the core team at Ecointer, where he works on digital identities and common currencies. He is a lecturer at FFHS and FHGR and organizes specialist events such as the DAO Symposium. In 2013, he was president of the ETH Entrepreneur Club and co-initiator of the first Zurich Hackathon, which later became HackZurich.
