As every year, Chapter Netherland invited to an autumnal round of golf. On 21 September, the golf day took place in Lochem on the lawn of de Lochemse Golf Club.

This year’s spring, the Alumni Chapter Netherlands celebrated its 75th anniversary. On May 12, 2022, the participants visited Lely Industries in Maassluis. Before, the Alumni had their annual general assembly. Due to lack of members willing to participate in the committee, the assembly decided to dissolve the club.

On 30 October, the Chapter Netherlands invited to the autumn hike on Den Treek near Woudenberg.

Every year, the Chapter Netherlands Alumni organises a golf day as an autumn event. On Monday, 13 September 2021, eight members with seven partners met on the golf course Anderstein in Maarsbergen.

On 28 September, Chapter Netherlands Alumni met for an autumn event organised as a golf day. Despite a few short-term cancellations, nine alumni were able to participate in the tournament.

The traditional Fall get-together of the Netherlands Association of ETH Engineers has evolved from a hiking/dinner meeting to a golf/ dinner session. This 6th golfing event took place at the Amsterdam Golf Club, organized by last year’s winner Willem Schutter. A small group of golfing enthusiasts played a superb round under great conditions. The evening was concluded with a delightful dinner.

About 30 participants could enjoy an interesting display of lectures and demonstrations of some of the activities carried out at the European Space Research Technology Center (ESTEC) site in Noordwijk on June 20, 2019.

This year’s spring meeting of the Alumni Chapter Netherlands focused on sea pollution. On April 10, 2019, the participants listened to a presentation about the project The Ocean Cleanup held by the Boskalis company. Afterwards, the Alumni had their annual general assembly.

On May 23, 2018, 27 members of the Alumni Chapter Netherlands met up in order visit the largest liquid gas storage depot in Europe, the Gate Terminal (LNG Rotterdam). Afterwards, they went to see the storm surge barrier, which protects Rotterdam’s port entrance from flooding.

Am 3. April trafen sich die Mitglieder des Alumni Chapter Netherlands in der Nähe von Arnhem, um ihr 70-jähriges Jubiläum zu feiern. Vor dem Mittagessen hielten die rund 20 Alumni ihre Mitgliederversammlung ab. Anschliessend besichtigten sie die Firma BE Semiconductor Industries N.V und beendeten die Feier mit einem Abendessen.
