ETH alumna Anna Saur studied Management, Technology and Economics at ETH. This March she was awarded the BME Hochschulpreis for her Master’s thesis and became lead of the Sales & Operations Planning Team of the Swiss firm On, which makes performance running shoes and clothing. In this portrait, Anna tells us what she gained from her course, how she shoulders responsibility in her role as a team leader and how she maintains a good work-life balance.

Swisscom launched in Biel La Werkstatt, a place for innovations. EAEM Alumni had on 17th October 2019 the opportunity to get to know the place and the idea behind it in depth.

ETH Alumna and SBB deputy Jeannine Pilloud talked to around 30 members of the EAEM and OG Zürichsee Alumni about her career on July 13, 2018 at the Alumni Pavillon. It was a very interesting and absorbing presentation, even though not a single slide was shown.

This year’s motto of the EAEM Engineering & Management Alumni is ‘ETH Start-ups’. For the first such event of the year, the EAEM Alumni visited Xovis AG in Zollikofen on March 8, 2018 and received fascinating insights into the Person Tracking Technology.

Am 22. Juni luden die EAEM Engineering & Management Alumni zum Thema «Prognosemodelle für Wetter und deren industrielle Anwendung» ein. Tanja Weusthoff von Meteo Schweiz und Matthias Sutter von der EKT Energie AG erläuterten dem Publikum den aktuellen Stand der Technik.
